Who uses the Wellness Community?
Individuals with cancer who desire to improve the quality of their lives and fight for their recovery along with their physicians and healthcare team. Family and friends are also welcome to participate.

What does it cost to participate?
Nothing! The Wellness Community is a nonprofit organization and does not charge for any of its services. It is supported by tax-deductible contributions from the public.

Do participants follow a specific program?
No. Participants may use those parts of the program that they believe will help them improve their own well-being. Some may choose to simply visit the Community rather than be alone.

Are medical services or advice available at the Community?
No. The Community does not have a medical staff. Individuals seek their own treatment as they deem necessary.

Is The Wellness Community program an alternative to medical treatment?
No. The program is meant to support the treatment prescribed by a patient's healthcare team and is not a substitute for traditional medical care.
